KINDERHOOK--New York Army National Guard Brig. Gen. Raymond Shields and Command Sgt. Major David Piwowarski prepare to present a wreath from President Barack Obama honoring President Martin Van Buren during a ceremony at the Dutch Reformed Cemetery in Kinderhook N.Y. on Dec. 5 2015 the 233rd anniversary of the eighth presidents birth here in 1782.
