CAMP SMITH-- New York Army National Guard Capt. Odelle Despot accepts the guidon of Headquarters and Headquarters Company of the 369th Sustainment Brigade during change of command ceremonies conducted at Camp Smith Training Site on Saturday Dec. 5. He replaces Capt. Louis Delli-Pizzi as the commander of the company.
