ANTARCTICA-- The view from theflight deck of a New York Air National Guard LC-130 "Skibird" as aircrew assigned to the 139th Expeditionary Airlift Squadron fly a mission in support of Operation Deep Freeze in Antarctica Dec. 2 2015. A total of seven LC-130s are deployed from the New York Air National Guards 109th Airlift Wing in Scotia New York this season and about 330 missions planned through the season which ends in February.
