RESOLUTE BAY, Canada-- A C-17 Globemaster III cargo plane assigned to the New York Air National Guard's 105th Airlift Wing, based at Stewart Air National Guard Base in Newburgh ( rear) sits on the runway at Resolute Bay Airport, along with a C-177 Globemaster assigned to the Royal Canadian Air Force on Saturday, April 2. The New York wing is supporting the Canadian Forces Operation NUNALIVUT, an exercise in the high Arctic.
