Michael Bank 106th RQW commander at a change-of-command ceremony at Francis S. Gabreski Airport on April 2, 2016. Bank took over command of the 106th from Brig. Gen. Thomas Owens who has moved on to Assistant Adjutant General for Air at the Joint Force Headquarters in Latham N.Y.
