New York Army National Guard Soldier Spc. Qian Han was named the top junior enlisted Soldier and Staff Sgt. Garrett Cummings was named best NCO during the Best Warrior Competition at Camp Smith Training Site on April 23, 2016. The two winners of the competition will advance to compete at the regional level this week at Camp Niantic in Connecticut.
