STEWART AIR NATIONAL GUARD BASE, New burgh-- Col. Howard Wagner accepts the colors of the 105th Airlift Wing from Major General Anthony German (right) the commander of the New York Air National Guard and the Adjutant General of New York, during change of command ceremonies at the base on Sunday, May 15. Howard took over command of the 1,300- member wing from Brig. Gen. Timothy LaBarge ( at far left). Howard formerly served as wing vice commander.
