Robert Jenks after accepting command of the 53rd DLD from Col. Martin C. Dinan in New York City May 14 2016.The 53rd DLD New York Army National Guard is based out of Manhattan and works to coordinate communicate and facilitate all aspects of military operations at higher level-headquarters.
