LATHAM-- New York Air National Guard Command Chief Master Sgt. Amy Giaquinto accepts the colors of the New York Air National Guard from Major General Anthony German, commander of the New York Air National Guard and Adjutant General of New York, during Change of Authority ceremonies at New York State Division of Military and Naval Affairs headquarters on Monday, July 25.
