CAMP SMITH- New York Army National Guard Staff Sgt. Michael Jenkins shows an employer how to properly hold an M-9 pistol during an Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve "Boss Lift" hosted by the 106th Regional Training Institute on Sept. 10 at Camp Smith Training Site. The Boss Lift program, run by the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR), invites employers from companies that employ National Guardsmen, or prospective employers, to spend a day working with Soldiers to understand what their employees' drill weekends and service entails.
