STRATTON AIR NATIONAL GUARD BASE--New York Army National Guard Lt. Col. Aron Sachetti accepts the guidon of the New York National Guard's 2nd Weapons of Mass Destruction Civil Support Team from Brig. Gen. Patrick Center, Director of Joint Staff for the New York National Guard, during change of command ceremonies on Monday, Oct. 3, 2016 at Stratton Air National Guard Base in Scotia. Sanchetti replaces Lt. Col. Drew Pinckney in command of the unit, whose Army and Air National Guard members are trained to detect chemical, biological and radiological elements.
