Charlton vice commander of the 107th Airlift Wing Niagara Falls Air Reserve Station presents a wreath at the grave of President Millard Fillmore on behalf of President Barack Obama Forest Lawn Cemetery Buffalo N.Y. Jan. 6 2017. The ceremony which is held by the University at Buffalo a school which Fillmore was one of the founders commemorates the former presidents birthday.
