STRATTON AIR NATIONAL GUARD BASE--Col Shawn Clouthier Commander 109th Airlift Wing Stratton Air National Guard base Scotia NY along with Col Alan Ross Vice Commander 109th Airlift Wing and Major General Anthony German, the Adjutant General of New York, gives a tour of the units LC-130 aircraft to US Senator Kristen Gillibrand and staff on 19 Febuary 2017 at Stratton Air National Guard base Scotia NY. The senator visited the base to learn more about the wing's mission supporting the National Science Foundation.
