NIAGARA FALLS AIR RESERVE STATION --Col. Robert Kilgore commander of the 107th Attack Wing New York Air National Guard addresses visitors in attendance at a ceremony announcing the redesignation of the wing from an airlift wing to an attack wing Niagara Falls Air Reserve Station N.Y. March 21 2017. The redesignation is another step in the wings conversion from flying the C-130 Hercules to the MQ-9 Reaper remotely piloted aircraft.
