NIAGARA FALLS AIR RESERVE STATION --Col. Robert Kilgore commander of the 107th Attack Wing New York Air National Guard addresses visitors in attendance at a ceremony announcing the redesignation of the wing from an airlift wing to an attack wing Niagara Falls Air Reserve Station N.Y.
