Civil Support Team trains at ball park

TROY--2nd Civil Support Team (CST) member Staff Sgt. Joshua Spagnola uses evidence markers to tag suspected hazardous materials in a mock WMD laboratory during the 2nd CSTs training exercise at Joseph L. Bruno Stadium in Troy N.Y. on April 12 2017. Team members are trained to identify chemical biological and radiological agents and advise first-responders on how to deal with these materials.
