New York Army National Guard Spc. Alfred Allen center hands Sgt. Jared Kaminski a case of bottled water while Spc. The Soldiers are assigned to Company B 27th Brigade Special Troops Battalion based in Syracuse N.Y. and deployed August 5 near Watertown N.Y. in order to support local emergency responders.
