NEWBURGH, N.Y. New York Air National Guard communications flight Airmen of the 105th Airlift Wing secure communications equipment on board a wing C-17 September 10, 2017. The Airmen are own their way to set up the Joint Incident Site Communications Capability (JISCC) in support of the hurricane recovery efforts in Florida.The JISCC allows our Airmen to rapidly set up internet, voice over IP and other communications capabilities during natural and manmade disasters.
