BUFFALO-- New York Army National Guard Spc. Jason Stopka, center, helps pass donated cases of water to Spc. Nigel Howard at a New York National Guard donation collection point at the Connecticut Street Armory in Buffalo, N.Y. Dulinawka, along with other Soldiers of the 27th Brigade Special Troops Battalion, helped collect donations for Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands as part of New Yorks support to recovery efforts following Hurricanes Irma and Maria.
