STRATTON AIR NATIONAL GUARD BASE-- Col. Michele Kilgore, center, accepts the guidon of the 109th Airlift Wing from Major General Anthony German, the Adjutant General of New York and Commander of the New York Air National Guard, during change of command ceremonies on Sunday, Oct. 15, as Col. Shawn Clouthier, the outgoing commander, looks on. Kilgore is the first female commander of the wing and the second woman to command a New York Air National Guard flying wing.
