GLENVILLE-- Soldiers of the 501st Ordnance Battalion (EOD) of the New York Army National Guard in formation during a mobilization ceremony held on Sunday Feb. 25 at the Armed Forces Reserve Center in Glenville N.Y. The 501st Ordnance Battalion (EOD) is sending 19 Soldiers to Afghanistan where they will be responsible for overseeing Explosive Ordnance Disposal units-- both American and Coalition-- throughout the country.
