Passing of a pennant symbolizes a Change of Responsibility and a leader's acceptance of that responsibility. On the right is Command Chief Master Sergeant Amy R. Giaquinto, the outgoing Air National Guard Senior Enlisted Advisor. Chief Master Sergeant Giaquinto is now Command Chief Master Sergeant of the New York National Guard.
