CAMP HARTELL, CONNECTICUT-- Soldiers and Airmen from the New York National Guard prepare for their Homeland Response Force exercise on April 13th, 2018 at Camp Hartell, C.T. Each of the 10 HRF teams in the United States is trained to assist state officials and local responders with chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear incidents.
