CAMP SMITH -- New York Army National Guard Soldiers listen to Maj. Gen. Anthony German the Adjutant General of New York during the Future Leaders Course (FLC) on the Camp Smith Training Site Cortlandt Manor N.Y. April 10 2018. Nineteen N.Y. Army National Guard Soldiers attended this rotation of the coutrse from April 7-21 which is conducted in both garrison and tactical environments and designed to train Soldiers in basic leadership skills and prepare them for leadership schools and positions.
