OLEAN --New York Army National Guard Soldiers from Alpha Company, 642nd Aviation Support Battalion test their leadership and team work skills on a Leadership Reaction Course (LRC) at St. Bonaventure University, Olean N.Y., on April 14, 2018. Soldiers had to transfer all members of their team, across the platform and back in order to complete the mission.
