LINCOLN, Nebraska-- Chief Warrant Officer 4 Thomas Grove with the New York National Guard competes in the Lincoln National Guard Marathon May 6 2018 in Lincoln Nebraska. Members of the National Guard are running to qualify for the All Guard Marathon Team. Grove finished in 50th place out of 132 male racers during the event. New York Army National Guard Capt. Matthew Kane also took part in the race and finished 38th in the male race category.
