VESTAL--New York Governor Andrew M. Cuomo greets members of the new York Army National Guards 204th Engineer Battalion who were on duty to respond to heavy flooding the in New Yorks Finger Lakes and Southern Tier regions on Tuesday August 142018 in Vestal N.Y. The governor declared a disaster area in 14 counties and mobilized 200 New York National Guard Airmen and Soldiers as part of the state response.
