NY National Guard Honors Pres. Chester Arthur

MENANDS--New York Air National Guard Brig. Gen. Timothy J. LaBarge, the NewYork National Guard Director of Joint Staff, and Command Chief Master Sgt. Maureen Dooley, the senior ranking noncommissioned officer for the New York Air National Guard, present a wreath from President Donald Trump at the gravesite of President Chester A. Arthur in Albany Rural Cemetery in Menands, N.Y. on October 5, 2018. Representatives of the United States Armed Forces present a wreath from the current president at the gravesite of past presidents on their birthdays. Arthur, the 21st President of the United States, was born on Oct. 5, 1829.
