Winter weather is here. New York Army National Guard Soldiers need to be ready to operate outside and make sure their families are ready to cope with winter if they are off responding to an emergency. Major General Raymond Shields, commander of the New York Army National Guard and Adjutant General for New York is urging Soldiers and leaders to be ready.
