NEW YORK--Members of the New York Army National Guard and New York Guard the states volunteer defense force package toys for distribution to families in need on Dec. 18 2018 at the Jacob Javitts Convention Center in New York City. Other members of the National Guard will help distribute toys in New York City Buffalo and on Long Island on Dec. 21.
