TROY-- Soldiers assigned to the headquarters battalion of the New York Army National Guards 42nd Infantry Division check vehicles at the divison headquarters in Troy N.Y. on Jan. 19 2019 as they prepare to assist local governments as a major snow storm approaches New York. The New York National Guard placed 450 Soldiers and Airmen on State Active Duty organized into immediate response forces of 20 personnel and 5 vehicles in key locations across the state in preparation for the storm.
