SARATOGA SPRINGS-- Major General Ray Shields the Adjutant General of New York speaks with Army and Air National Guard military journalists on Saturday Jan. 26 at the New York National Guards annual Public Affairs Workshop at the New York State Military Museum in Saratoga Springs N.Y. Shields spoke to an audience of 60 people including public affairs Soldiers and Airmen from Vermont New Jersey and Rhode Island and discussed his vision for the New York National Guard and the importance of public affairs efforts.
