NEW YORK --New York Army National Guard Col. Sondra Smith, the Judge Advocate General of the 42nd Infantry Division, administers the oath of office to new 1st Lt. Karen White at the Park Avenue Armory on Jan. 28, 2019 in New York City. White, a graduate of Vanderbilt University and Vermont Law School is the newest member of the 42nd Infantry Divisions legal team.
