NY National Guard Soldiers become citizens

ALBANY-- New York Army National Guard Spc. Ibrahim Bakayoko and Pfc. Tiffany Joseph pose with Judge Daniel Stewart the United States Magistrate Judge for Northern District of New York at the U.S. District Court in Albany N.Y. on February 15 2019 after being sworn in as American citizens. Bakayoko is originally from Abidjan Ivory Coast and Joseph was originally from St. George Grenada. During the citizenship ceremony 49 new American citizens took the oath.
