A wreath marking the memory of 34 members of the New York Army and Air National Guard and the New York Naval Militia who have given their lives in combat since 2001 placed at the memorial to the fallen outside New York National Guard headquarters on May, 22, 2019. Civilians and service members who work at the New York State Division of Military and Naval in Latham marked Memorial Day with a ceremony remember the members of the New York National Guard who have died in combat since 2001.
