LATHAM--Members of the New York Army National Guard's Military Forces Honor Guard conducted a dignified transfer of the remains of Sgt. Willard Magoon from the Vermont National Guard on Thursday, June 13 at the Albany International Airport. Magoon was a member of B Company, 186th Brigade Support Battalion, 86th Infantry Brigade Combat Team who was killed during a training accident at Fort Polk, Louisiana.
