QUEENS--The Adjutant General of New York Maj. Gen. Raymond Shields shakes hands with Soldiers of the 27th Financial Management Support Unit(FMSU) at a mobilization ceremony in Whitestone N.Y. on June 26th 2019. The members of the 27th FMSU were preparing for a 9 month deployment to Afghanistan.
