Soldiers assigned to the 1156th Engineer Company headquartered at Camp Smith N.Y. excavate the foundation for a track to be built at New York National Guard headquarters Latham N.Y. Nov. 5 2019. The new track is being constructed with the purpose of giving personnel at the facility an option for running that will keep them away from local traffic.
