STRATTON ANGB- Snow shovels wait to be loaded into humvees lined up and ready to go at Stratton Air National Guard Base in Scotia N.Y. on Dec. 3 2019 as members of the 109th Airlift Wing of the New York Air National Guard prepare to help clean up after a major storm which hit the region on Dec. 1 and 2 2019. New York Governor Andrew M. Cuomo called out up to 300 New York National Guard Soldiers and Airmen to assist in the wake of the storm.
