LATHAM-- Major General Ray Shields the Adjutant General of New Yorkremoves the major rank from Lt. Col. Brandon Gendrons uniform as his wife Suzanne looks on with his children Jack and Kyleigh during promotion ceremonies on Friday January 31 at New York National Guard headquarters in Latham N.Y.
