UTICA- New York Army National Guard Soldiers assigned to the 2nd Battalion, 108th Infantry guide an M-114 armored scout vehicle into position outside the Utica Armory on May 20, 2020. The vehicle, used by armored cavalry units in the 1960s was refurbished by employees at the New York National Guard Maneuver Area Training Equipment Site at Fort Drum and installed in front of the armory as part of the New York National Guard's effort to note its history.
