Rochester, NY Spc. Nicholas Weber, a cavalry scout assigned to Alpha Troop, 2nd Squadron, 101st Cavalry Regiment, staffs a drive-thru Covid-19 test site at Monroe Community College, in Rochester on Jun. 23. Weber, along with other Soldiers, have been assisting NYS Health Dept. personnel in operating drive-thru test sites across the state since late-March.
