LONG ISLAND--New York Army National Guard Soldiers assigned to the 3rd Battalion 142nd Aviation, speak with Col. Michael Charnley , the commander of the 42d Combat Aviation Brigade,during their annual training July 29 at state land on Long Island, New York. Soldiers were able to conduct training despite the challenges of dealing with the COVID 19 pandemic by wearing masks nd remaining socially distance when able.
