NEW YORK--New York Army National Guard Capt. Joseph Whaley discusses his experiences as one of the military responders in New York City following the terror attacks of 911 with Fox News with other military veterans with Fox News reporter Peter Hegseth far right for the news channel 2020 commemoration of the 911 attacks at the National September 11 Memorial & Museum in New York City on September 2 2020. Whaley has served 20 years in the New York Army National Guard with increasing positions of responsibility with the battalion including response missions at the World Trade Center following the terror attacks of 911 his combat tour to Iraq the Superstorm Sandy response in New York City and most recently the COVID-19 pandemic response as commander of the 69th Infantry.
