As many Soldiers take to the woods this month to enjoy the hunting season, care must be taken to ensure an incident-free excursion. While trained in weapon safety, hunters face additional hazards in the woods which must be recognized and prepared for. The NYNG Safety Office has assembled safety tips which can help hunters remain safe in the woods.
