Steven Ferrari (right), commanding general for the 42nd Infantry Division, case the division's colors during a transfer of authority ceremony held recently in the CENTCOM area of responsibility. The ceremony was held to transfer responsibility for Task Force Spartan Shield -- 10,000 Army forces operating in the region --to the Texas Army National Guard's 36th Infantry Division.
