Soldiers help secure Capitol complex

ALBANY--Soldiers assigned to the New York Army National Guards 2nd Squadron 101st Cavalry on guard duty one of the entrances to the Legislative Office Building in Albany New York on January 20 2021. They are from left Staff Sgt. Joseph Dunn a Buffalo esident assigned to D Company; Pvt.Kyle Navarra from Friendship New York assigned to Headquarters Troop;Pvt. Haylee Seefeldt a resident of Medina New York assigned to Headquarters Troop and Corp. Joseph Clement from Auburn New York who is assigned to D Company. The Soldiers of the 2nd Battalion 101st Cavalry assisted the New York State Police in securing the New York State Capitol on January 20 Inaguration Day for the incoming president in case there were demonstrations in New York's capital city.
