KINGSTON-New York Army National Guard Col. Seth L. Morgulas commander of the 369th Sustainment Brigade passes, the guidon to Lt. Col Steven P. Perry the new commander of the 104th Military Police Battalion during a change of command ceremony at the Kingston Armory in Kingston N.Y. on March 6 2021. The 104th Military Police Battalions mission is to provide military support to State and Federal law enforcement agencies.
