According to a CDC survey, one in every 25 adults had fallen asleep behind the wheel in the past month. Getting the appropriate amount of rest before driving and limiting drive duration are examples of how to help prevent fatigued driving, a leading cause of accidents and fatalities. The NYARNG Safety Office has published a safety message to help keep Service Members safe on and off duty.
