Airmen mark last day for Air Force uniform

NEW YORK--New York Air National Guard Airmen assigned to the New York State vaccination site at the Jacob Javits Convention Center in Manhattan marked the last day that the Airman Battle Uniform introduced in 2007 could be officially worn on March 31 2021. Pictured are from left Lt. Col. Ernest Lancto a member of the 174th Attack Wing; Staff Sergeant Meraldo Delgado of the 105 Airlift Wing; Tech. Sergeant Christopher Coolbaugh a member of the 105th Airlift Wing; and Major Major Alison Becker a member of the 224th Air Defense Group. The older uniform has been replaced by the Operational Camouflage Pattern uniform developed by the Army.
