CAMP SMITH--A New York Army National Guard UH-60 assigned to the 3rd Assault Helicopter Battalion, 142nd Aviation Regiment, hovers above the Hudson River near Camp Smith Training Site on Tuesday, April 6, while conducting helicopter water bucket fire-fighting training. Each spring aviators practice using the 660 gallon buckets to scoop up and drop water to prepare for fire fighting missions.
